COE, corporate insider cluster. CEO bought four times between September 17 and 25, values $3.49M to $14M each, the strongest signal on the insider page today. COE has no listed option chain at all. Cannot be expressed as a trade.

BORR and PRTA, corporate insider clusters. Repeated buys from the same insiders but both trade under $10 a share with no officer title attached. Too cheap for a clean monthly chain, deprioritized.
